The nature of the enterprise is collective. Heat treatment workshop and grinding workshop were established in 1992. In 1993, it began to supply to state-owned enterprises, Shougang and Kungang. It was supplied to Handan Steel in 1994 and became the first domestic bearing with a service life of more than 1000 hours. In 1998, the nature of enterprises changed from collective to private. In 1998, the enterprise obtained ISO9002 quality system certificate. The diameter of bearings manufactured since 2000 is more than 1000mm. In 2001, the enterprise passed the ISO 9001 quality system certification. Bearings manufactured in 2005 began to be exported. In 2006, the company moved to Zhuhua Industrial Park of Wafangdian City from Shanzui of Wafangdian City. In 2007, the company's annual output value exceeded 100 million yuan. In 2008, the company established "Dalian Wafangdian Bearing Incubation Base for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises".
